Allan Slaight Radio Institute – Common Area

RTA School of Media’s Allan Slaight Radio Institute. Home to the SpiritLive student internet radio station, 5 radio control rooms and 4 additional voice over/interview rooms, all connected by a Dante digital audio network. Students can book and use the contained studios for producing live radio shows, audio and video podcast recording, editing, and mixing.

Booking Process

The common area only bookable by staff/faculty. Individual studios are available to students on the Creative Production Facilities WebCheckout Centre.

Required Action

Access to common area controlled by OneCard. Non-RTA students must be authorized by staff to gain access. Only staff/faculty can book common area for events or class activity.
