If you lose access to your MFA method, follow these steps:
- Go to the my.torontomu.ca
- Select Personal Account, then Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click on Revoke next to the device you no longer have.
- Follow the prompts to set up a new MFA method.
- Make sure your MFA is set up.
- You can use the Sign In button on the site or put /wp-admin at the end of the site’s link. This will take you to the login page.
- Click the Sign in with Microsoft button and enter your TMU username and password.
To gain access to the Equipment Distribution Centre (EDC), you must complete the Equipment Distribution Centre (EDC) Liability Form, no exceptions. All students must be enrolled in Creative School courses for the current academic term for access.
You can make a reservation/checkout in-person (RCC 166) or via the Equipment Distribution Centre (EDC) Patron Portal.

All 1st year students must submit a TMU WHMIS certificate before access is granted. To access the training and get your certification, ensure your TMU account is activated and follow the instructions on this page. This certification will be valid until you finish your degree.
At the start of each year of your studies, you must complete the Technical Operations Agreement Form. All students must be enrolled in Creative School courses for the current academic term for access.
If you have met the above requirements, you can make a reservation/checkout in-person (IMA B18) or via the Technology Resource Centre (TRC) Patron Portal.

Creative School students have unlimited access to thousands of tracks of production music and sound effects tracks for use in curricular and co-curricular projects.
