Take a look at the Setting up your Microsoft Multi-Factor Authenticator (MFA) page. There are written instructions and video tutorials that you can follow along.

If you’re experiencing difficulty accessing the tutorials, have a look at this guide and complete the steps to gain access.

If, after following the above steps, you’re still not able to access the site you can email for support.

If you lose access to your MFA method, follow these steps:

  • Go to the my.torontomu.ca
  • Select Personal Account, then Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Click on Revoke next to the device you no longer have.
  • Follow the prompts to set up a new MFA method.

  1. Make sure your MFA is set up.
  2. You can use the Sign In button on the site or put /wp-admin at the end of the site’s link. This will take you to the login page.
  3. Click the Sign in with Microsoft button and enter your TMU username and password.

To gain access to the Equipment Distribution Centre (EDC), you must complete the EDC/TRC Terms & Liability Agreement Form at the start of each academic year. All students must be enrolled in Creative School courses for the current academic term for access.

If you have met the above requirements, you can make a reservation/checkout in-person (RCC 166) or via the Equipment Distribution Centre (EDC) Patron Portal.
