Booking Process
NO BOOKING REQUIRED: first come, first served outside of class hours.
Booking Multipurpose & Classroom Space
Classrooms are primarily designated for instructional use and are prioritized for scheduled academic classes. Once classroom calendars are finalized, typically by the second week of classes, requests to use available classrooms for meetings will be processed in the same manner as other meeting-space requests.
Please note that all bookings remain subject to classroom availability and ongoing academic scheduling needs.
